Terms and Conditions
All clothes should be in season, clean, pressed and in a presentable condition ready to display in store subject to them fitting our requirements.
Items are booked in by appointment via our telephone below.
The client is entitled to 50% of the eventual sale price.
We reserve the right to withdraw from stock any article which on further inspection fails to meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Your receipt is proof of ownership - please don’t lose it!
All payments must be collected within six months of the date of the date on your receipt.
After six weeks if no sale has been made the management will reduce the price if necessary.
If the articles remain unsold at the end of three months, from the date on the receipt, the client must collect any unsold items.
If the items are not collected by this date, the items can be donated or sold for charity.

All items are left at the client’s risk. They remain the property of there owner.
All clothes are sold as seen and are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
